GFDF Laksa Soup

This is dead easy to throw together, is filling and very more-ish.
The following ingredients are usually available in any Asian grocery store (very cheap, healthy and yummo).
In a pot drop in a tablespoon of Laksa paste, wait til it becomes hot and you can smell the delicious spices then add 1 tin of coconut milk, stirring thoroughly.
Drop in some fried bean curd cubes, cut smaller if you prefer, dried fish, soy meat, rice noodles (small squares that curl up into tubes when cooked), fried shallots, chopped spring onions, any vegies of choice, gingko nuts, pieces of dried seaweed and stir.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
