1 cup of tapioca flour
1 cup of rice flour
1 cup of corn flour
Sieve together with 1 teaspoon of bi carb of soda
Add 2 heaped teaspoons mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
200 ml soy milk, mix to combine.
Gently knead dough, shape, mark with cross then place on greased tray.
Bake in moderate oven for approx. 20 mins.
